Chicken and turkey baader meat

Standard or specific, our range of chicken & turkey baader meat (3mm MDM) is produced from flesh bearing bones coming from poultry born, raised and slaughtered in France. They must undergo a heat treatment to be integrated in meat products.

They are produced with 2 step low pressure process : low pressure mechanical deboning and 3mm filter to remove sinews and tendons

     

  • more or less 12kg in 60 µm polyblocks or naked blocks or in 24kg cartons

  • chilled in 350kg box
