Standard or specific, our range of meats are produced from cuts coming from poultry (chicken, turkey or duck) born, raised and slaughtered in France. They are produced with 2 step low pressure process : low pressure mechanical deboning and 3mm filter to remove sinews and tendons. 

 

They are in conformity with French Regulation and must be integrated in the percentage of meats in meat preparation.
