Roast, mark and IQF deep-freeze

We are equipped with a simultaneous infrared 4 sources oven with a speed adjustable belt to roast any raw or cooked poultry cuts.

With this process, we can roast the both sides of the cuts and mark them with integrated rings.

 

 

We can also IQF deep-freeze any fresh raw material and pack them in 10kg polyethylene bag or carton.
