FAVID CHICKEN MDM - TURKEY MDM

Every day, we collect with our own fleet cuts and flesh bearing bones from slaughterhouses located in a 400km radius from Parthenay. With French origin only. We obtain meats and MDM using specific technical process for each product.

We ensure full traceability using RFID technology from the selection of the raw materials through to finished products.

Our fest plate freezer (contact technology) is able to freeze the blocks at -20°C in less than 2 hours in order to keep all the organoleptic qualities of the products.
