Standard or specific, our range of MDM are produced from flesh bearing bones coming from poultry (chicken, turkey or duck) born, raised and slaughtered in France. They must undergo a heat treatment to be integrated in meat products.

  We produce our MDM  with high and low pressure process (deboning and desinewing) in order to meet regulations, specifications and economic requirements.
