Meat from FAVID are produced from poultry cuts from poultry born, braised and slaughtered in France (wings and legs)

2 steps :

- low pressure deboning system

- 3mm filter to get rid of gristels and sinews

According to French regulation DGAL/SDSSA/2016-352 for calcium content <300ppm
